I have at least 2-3 days before the new stencil arrives and I can attempt to build another board. A laser cutter near the top of my wish list! In the meantime, I need to restock a couple items that were depleted while setting up the first build.

I spent several hours updating my led info page (LED Parts), adding more parts and creating a new "Electrical Data" table. This should make it easier to quickly pick leds for new projects.

The depleted parts:

CAP 220nF: Q12 Qty 4, Digikey 445-4972-1-ND. I ordered 40 but many were wasted. I need to order 100 more and another 100 in 0603.
D0402-GRN: D13 Qty 5, surplus. I am using surplus yellow leds for now. I will try the SunLED (1497-1219-2-ND), ordering 100.
R0402-60: The new SunLED leds need to have a 60Ω resistor, which needs to replace the default 470Ω resistor I am currently using.
RES SMD 60.4 OHM 1% 1/16W 0402, Digikey 311-60.4LRTR-ND, Reel of 10,000 for $13.70.
D0402-RED: D10/004 Qty 3, surplus. I will try the Rohm SML-P12VTT86R, which will be a straight swap into the autofeeder. This part has the advantage of having nearly the same characteristics as the green led and I can use the same 60Ω resistor. This eliminates the need for the 470Ω and 1K resistor, which are occupying autofeeders D12/015 and D20/020.

The new green leds are 50mcd, I want to see how they work, theoretically they should be paired with a 60Ω resistor for a 3.3V supply. I need to update the inline resistors R102, R613, R625, R629, R632.

I need to review the exact part used for the red led (16:D0402-RED:D10/004) and determine the proper resistor value. This is a surplus strip that is nearly depleted, I will need to replace the red leds as well.

The amber led really should have a 120Ω resistor, but for expediency I am using the same 60Ω.
