I need to place each row one at a time to get the spacing right.
I tried using DipTrace's contour numbering, but it inexplicably put pad 1 in the middle of the left row. There is no option to tell DipTrace where to start numbering -- it should let me manually set pad number 1 and use that as the starting point. Instead, I am forced to use linear numbering and renumber the rows in separate operations.
