12VDC power input connector terminal block, Weidmuller 1716020000, Digikey 281-1435-ND.
The pattern for the terminal block was wrong. The housing hangs over the edge of the board.

After a bit more thorough research, I found this drawing for the Wiedmuller 1716020000. I confirmed that the width of the actual part is 10mm.
I updated the pattern for the PWR component in the CtrlMtr library, updated the component in the CtrlMtr schematic, and renewed the CtrlMtr02 layout.
Note that I am updating the master CtrlMtr project files, not the archived and tweaked versions!
