TPS62237DRYT 3.3V voltage regulator (Digikey 296-25630-1-ND).
The gutter width (0.22) doesn't match the datasheet drawing (0.25) because the height of some of the pads is 0.52 and others are 0.49. The drawing isn't clear on which is which, so I made them all 0.52.
